전신 양조장은 메이지 시대에 창업하였으나, 전후인 1950년에 지역 4개 양조장이 합병하여 다케노 사케 브루어리를 설립하였다. 탄고 반도 중앙에 위치한 레이야마 곤고도요의 풍부한 지하수는 드넓은 농경지를 윤택하게 하는 자연의 보고로, 양조장 지하에도 항상 양질의 지하수가 흐르고 있다. 지역을 소중히 여기며 쌀에 집중한 술 만들기를 이어가고 있다.
