Tsunekigen Honjonamachozoshu is a honjozo from Kano Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture produced using the namachozo storage method, in which the sake ages without pasteurization until bottling. The small addition of distilled alcohol in the honjozo style lightens the body and enhances the aromatic clarity preserved by the namachozo process.
