Takiarashi Honjozokarakuchi Genshu is an undiluted, dry honjozo from Kouchi Shuzo in Kochi, one of Japan's most celebrated regions for dry sake production. Genshu means it is bottled without water dilution after fermentation, resulting in a higher alcohol content and concentrated flavor. Kochi's karakuchi tradition is well represented in this robust, full-strength expression.
