Description

Yamada Nishiki and Tama Sakae rice are pressed and bottled immediately as this winter-release unpasteurized junmai shiboritate from Tottori's Kotourachō. Polished to 50% and filled at full freshness, it carries bright namazake character with the fruity fragrance of the new ferment.
