오카야마산 아케보노 쌀을 70%로 정미하고 장기 숙성 후 20% 알코올로 병입한 히조슈입니다. 1996년 빈티지는 옅은 호박빛과 층층이 쌓인 숙성 향, 날카로운 마무리가 특징이며, 1893년에 창업한 양조장이 카르스트 석회암으로 여과된 광천수를 사용합니다.
