Released as the spring edition of Kitanishi Sake Brewery's Shikinosake seasonal lineup, this shinshu ginjoshu is a freshly pressed ginjo from Saitama. Shinshu designates new-season sake bottled shortly after pressing, emphasizing vivid, youthful ginjo aromatics and a crisp, lively palate. The ginjo grade reflects careful low-temperature fermentation to produce its characteristic floral notes.
