Gohyakumangoku polished to 60%, this summer design-bottle junmai ginjo rounds out the four-season Shikino series from Shotoku Shuzo in Fushimi. Brewed with Fushimi's soft water and Kyoto-sourced rice, it carries a sake degree of +3 and 12-13% alcohol.
