Shiboritate Hosen is a freshly pressed release from Sekiguchi Sake Brewery in Saitama, founded in 1822 in Sugito. Freshly pressed sake retains residual carbonation and an unpolished, youthful vitality; no product-specific rice, polishing, or flavor data was found beyond the brewery's regional background.
