A junmai ginjo using Kyo no Hana rice, at 60% polishing. The Sanzan (meaning 'brilliant, sparkling') label sits within the Hakurosuishu range from this Tsuruoka brewery, which draws on underground Dewa Sanzan spring water and 100% locally grown Shonai rice.
