Dewa Sansan-based unfiltered ginjo from Yonezawa, Yamagata, released under the Sandaime Gonuemon label, a collaboration between the brewery and a local retailer. This muroka ginjo uses the low-protein, high-shinpaku qualities of Dewa Sansan to produce an airy, clean aromatic profile with gentle acidity.
