Rashomon Yuju is a junmai daiginjo aged sake made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 39%, produced by long-term low-temperature storage of the flagship Ryuju cuvee at Tabata Shuzo in Wakayama City. Extended aging adds a smooth, mellow depth to the base sake's elegant Yamada Nishiki character, creating a rich, rounded taikoshu with refined umami.
