Mantensei Momo is a namagenshu junmai ginjo from the Mantensei lineup at Suwa Shuzo, cold-stored at the brewery's ice-temperature cellar at minus five degrees Celsius for extended live-sake aging. The prolonged low-temperature maturation produces a smooth texture and a clean sweetness with crisp finish, building on the softer base character of the Mantensei series.
