에히메현
초대 시게이치로 사카이가 다섯 개의 양조장을 통합하여 창업했으며, 아버지 로쿠주로 사카이의 성과 이름에서 한 글자씩 따서 '사케 로쿠'라는 이름을 붙였습니다. 1975년에는 진 씨를 맞아들여, 당시 현 내에서는 드물었던 담려 드라이 순미주와 다이긴조 제조에 힘을 쏟았습니다.
