Kitabijin Junmai Ginjo Namazake is an unpasteurized junmai ginjo from Goto Shuzo in Kita-gun, Ehime, featuring the Kitabijin (Kita Beauty) brand's signature graceful character in a fresh seasonal format. The Kuma River valley's soft water and Ehime's temperate Shikoku climate produce a lively, delicate nama ginjo with clean, aromatic character.
