Kinmonryogoku Syofuku is a junmai ginjo from Kakuboshi Co., Ltd in Miyagi Prefecture, crafted under the long-established Kinmonryogoku label. Brewed without added distilled alcohol, it meets the junmai ginjo standard with rice polished to at least 60% and reflects the delicate, clean brewing style characteristic of Miyagi's sake tradition.
