
This Kanbara Junmai Daiginjo is brewed from Koshitanrei, a sake rice variety developed in Niigata Prefecture and prized for producing the clean, light style the region is famous for. The fukurodori (bag-drip) pressing method and undiluted genshu bottling preserve the pure character of both the rice and the Niigata brewing tradition at the premium junmai daiginjo level.
