Hiroshima's soft water, pioneered as a sake brewing medium by Senzaburo Miura in the Meiji era, produces the smooth, full-flavored style that Kamotsuru is celebrated for, and this gouka (luxurious) daiginjo represents the pinnacle of the brewery's offerings.
