Description

A junmai from Tentaka Shuzo in Tochigi released under the Kunizukuri label, drawing on the brewery's all-rice brewing philosophy established well before the modern junmai classification existed. Brewed with Nasu mountain spring water and self-milled rice in the brewery's characteristically dry style.
