Description
Izumisuehiro Namachozoshu is a honjozo polished to 70%, stored unpasteurized before a single heat treatment at bottling from Okamura in Gunma Prefecture. Cold storage preserves freshness while the sake develops in the cold mountain air of Gunma's interior.
