Homarekirin Daiginjo Hizoshu is a cellar-reserved daiginjo from Kaetsu Sake Brewery in Niigata, aged under controlled conditions before release. The hizo designation indicates the brewery has selected and held back this expression as a special vintage, allowing additional complexity to develop beyond a standard daiginjo.
