Description

Brewed in Asahikawa with Daisetsuzan mountain spring water, this tokubetsu honjozo reflects the brewery's longstanding focus on dry, clean-drinking sake. A gentle ginjo-like fragrance and a crisp, dry finish are characteristic of the Otokoyama tokubetsu honjozo style.
