Gimmatsu Junmaishu is a pure-rice sake from Kubota Shuzo under the Hishimasamune label in Hiroshima Prefecture, a region celebrated for producing some of Japan's most delicate, soft-water sake. Hiroshima sake is characterized by a gentle sweetness and smooth texture drawn from the prefecture's naturally soft water.
