Nakate Shinsenbon polished to 65% defines this okutaruchozo (oak barrel-aged) kijoshu from Enokishuzo in Hiroshima. Aging in oak barrels adds a subtle vanilla and wood note to the naturally sweet, sherry-like kijoshu character.
