Gokyou Honjouzounamazake is an unpasteurized honjozo from Sakai Shuzo in Yamaguchi, using Nippon Bare polished to 65%. Bottled fresh as namazake, it retains the vibrant aromatics and lively texture of freshly pressed sake from the Gokyo brewery.
