지바현 사쿠라시의 아사히즈루가 양조하는 준마이 긴죠입니다. 야마다니시키를 55%까지 정미하고 전통적인 후네시보리로 잡맛 없이 깔끔하게 짜냈습니다. 긴죠향은 은은하고 절제되어 있지만, 풍부한 쌀의 풍미와 온화하고 균형 잡힌 산미가 펼쳐집니다. 산도 1.4의 다소 낮은 일본주도가 매끄럽고 친근한 맛을 형성합니다.
