使用传统槽(ふね)以小批次精心酿造的纯米吟酿,按照压榨时机划分的「荒·中·责」系列之「责」。这是唯一可以品尝比较同一款酒的人气系列。酒袋变薄时进行更换,并施加更大压力,这道工序称为「责め」。所压榨的酒酒精度较高且辛口,几乎难以入手。
