以白曲和甘甜酸味为特征的MK系列。MK-Y是Mansakuko Boprojecty的缩写,是一款挑战与万作之花截然不同风味的酒。使用烧酒专用白曲,并培育从酒藏采集的酵母酿造而成。米采用本酒藏独创原料「日之丸」。透明清爽的酸味背后蕴藏着复杂的鲜味。尤其冷饮时风味更佳。部分使用白曲,柠檬酸与复杂酸味交融,口感绝妙。
