Junmai Kasen is a pure rice sake from Kabusikigaisya Kunsen in Fukuoka, brewed without any addition of distilled alcohol. The junmai style allows the natural umami and grain character of the sake rice to come forward, offering a fuller, richer texture than alcohol-added categories.
