Description

Genshu (undiluted) sake from Yukimusume Shuzo in Ehime Prefecture, produced without dilution to preserve the full-strength character of the pressing. Ehime is noted for producing soft, gentle sake using the naturally soft water of the Ishizuchi mountain region.
