Tomio DaiginjoJunmai Sasanigori is a lightly cloudy junmai daiginjo from Kitagawahonke, where a small amount of rice sediment is left in suspension to add a subtle creaminess without masking the refined daiginjo aromatics. This style bridges the clean elegance of daiginjo brewing with the textural interest of nigori, creating a more complex mouthfeel. Produced in Fushimi, the soft water base helps balance the intensity of this full-bodied, unrefined expression.
