Brewed in Niigata Prefecture with pristine, naturally filtered snowmelt water, this junmai ginjo is light, clean and dry with underlying notes of melon and rice. The nose shows hints of cherry, mineral water and green apple, while the palate stays silky and smooth through to a brisk finish. A faint sweetness balances the dryness typical of Niigata style sake.
