Santoka Ginjogenshu from Kanemitsu Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture is a ginjo bottled at its natural undiluted strength, giving it greater body and intensity than water-adjusted ginjo. Yamaguchi is known for producing sake that balances aromatic elegance with structural depth, and this genshu expression amplifies those qualities with a more concentrated finish.
