Roronosato Junmai Daiginjoshu is the standard-release version of the flagship junmai daiginjo from the Okayama Yamanarishuzou brewery, a producer with over 200 years of history in the Bitchu region. The brewery draws on locally sourced rice and hand-crafted techniques in its Okayama mountain-water setting.
