Rakuen Kamipakku is a sake in the Rakuen line from Fushimi's Yamamoto Kanzoshoten brewery, which was established in 1936 after the founder was drawn to Fushimi's pristine sake-making conditions. Produced with the soft underground water of the Momoyama hills that characterizes Fushimi's gentle 'onna-zake' brewing tradition.
