Description

Michizakura Junmai Aiyama Shiboritate is a freshly pressed, unaged junmai from Michizakura Shuzo in Hokkaido, released immediately after pressing without pasteurization. Made with the prized Aiyama sake rice and pure Taisetsu mountain snowmelt, it bursts with youthful energy—lively carbonation, vivid fruit notes, and a vibrant freshness only found in season.
