將秋田縣產酒米精磨至50%的純米吟釀原酒經一度火入後,置於利用橫手積雪建成的雪室中緩慢低溫儲藏。接近冰點的雪室磨去了清酒的稜角,培育出清爽的吟釀香與圓潤柔和的口感。這是只有大雪地帶才能孕育的傳統儲藏方式所帶來的一瓶佳釀。
