在長野縣酒造場精心磨米,經低溫長期發酵釀成的大吟釀酒以無過濾生酒直接裝瓶。以創業者之名命名的最高級酒款,幾乎全部手工釀製。在吟釀香之上,加入了半年以上氷溫儲藏帶來的熟成感,風味複雜深邃。
