這款日常酒自1919年起在岡山縣赤穗市以「日月」的標籤釀造。據釀造商所說,其特點是淡淡的甘甜與清爽的餘韻,飲後不留餘味,十分順口。備前產的米與吉井川的伏流水,共同支撐起這款溫和而適合佐餐的風味。
