Brewed with Hattannishiki rice at a 60% polishing ratio and Hiroshima ginjo yeast, it presents a light, refined fragrance with deep umami and a clean finish shaped by the region's famously soft water. Hiroshima's soft-water brewing tradition is credited with creating this style of subtle, smooth sake.
