本釀造たる酒 藏王

Description

This honjozo taruzake, polished to 65%, is aged in cedar barrels, which impart a distinctive woody, resinous aroma and add complexity to the clean Zao brewing character. Cedar-aged sake has a long tradition in Japanese brewing and is associated with festive occasions. The Zao spring water, drawn from 50 meters underground, provides a soft and clean base for the wood-influenced profile.
