簡介
Funaki Junmai Ginjo Gentei Nihyakkan uses Shinriki, one of Japan's oldest sake rice varieties, in a limited 200-kanme (750kg) release from Funaki Shuzo in Fukui, founded in 1866. Water drawn from 150 meters below the Kuzuryu River alluvial plain and rare Shinriki rice combine to honor the brewery's claim as the first to brew ginjo in Fukui Prefecture.
