Fukunokoe Junmai Ginjo from Fukui Shuzojo in Mie Prefecture is a refined pure rice ginjo expression of the brewery's auspiciously named brand, brewed in a prefecture where the sacred Ise Jingu shrines have sustained a culture of ritual sake use for over a millennium. Clean mountain water from the Kii Peninsula and Mie's temperate climate provide the natural conditions for a ginjo with balanced aromatics and a smooth, food-compatible finish.
