Baimonwakatake (梅門若竹) is a sake from Daido Shuzo in the Kyotango region of northern Kyoto's Tango Peninsula, a small brewery that produced in this historically sake-rich coastal area of northern Kyoto Prefecture. This table sake reflects the regional tradition of small-scale craft brewing along the Sea of Japan coastline.
