主題為「一田一粒」。從一塊田,釀造一款酒。自2019年起,會津娘推出「只用一塊田收穫的米釀造的純米吟釀」。釀酒的核心在於按季節耕作田地,以限定會津娘「穰」的形式貯藏。第二塊有機田地。福島縣「有機正式轉換田」:雖施肥不多,但田地更為柔軟美觀。2007年獲得有機JAS認證,培育出中粒略硬的「五百萬石」。
