酒藏在丹波篠山釀酒已逾百年，坐落於東鄰京都、西接播磨、南近攝津、北望丹後的土地上，一直深受當地居民喜愛。初代祖先遊歷九州各地擔任丹波守時，在現址尋得好水，親手建起酒藏。秉持始終挑戰、與當地同行的精神，酒藏的日本酒「秀逸」承載著那份被遺忘的「香氣」與「味道」，是一款植根於生活的日本酒。在百忙之中，將繼續釀造陪伴人們片刻休息的佳釀。

沿革
- 1916Founded; named "Kikkoto Brewing" after founder Kariba Tozo, later renamed "Kariba Sake Brewery."
- 1957Renamed the sake brand to "Shugetsu."
- 1988Launched fresh-pressed Junmai Nama and fresh-pressed Namagenshu.
- 1991Opened the direct-sales shop "Shugetsu-an"; expanded cold-storage facilities and launched cold-stored (Hiyakakoi) Junmai Nama and Namagenshu.
- 1994Held the first New Sake Festival; launched "Asaichiban Shibori" (first morning press).
- 1996Began growing Yamada Nishiki sake rice on the brewery's own paddies.
- 1998Launched the "Tsuki no Himuro" (Moon's Ice Chamber) Junmai Nama and Namazake.
- 2018Incorporated and changed the company name to "Kariba-ichi Shuzo Co., Ltd."
