Yamakawamitsuo is a collaborative brand among four Yamagata breweries, with each season representing a different producer. This 2017 summer edition is a Junmai Ginjo crafted by one of the four partners, bottled to capture warm-season character. The project highlights regional cooperation and the diversity within Yamagata sake culture.
