Junmai Ginjo Sake, which uses 100%of the new liquor -brewing rice "Gin no Iroha" from Miyagi Prefecture and is made with a rice polishing rate of 50%. It is a refreshing fragrance, a soft mouthfeel and a sharp taste that makes use of the characteristics of rice.
