Tempyo Sannenkoshu Sekidosan Tempyoji is a three-year-aged koshu from Fuse Shuzoten in Nanao, Noto, Ishikawa, named for the Tempyo era (729-749 AD) and the ancient Sekidosan Tempyoji temple on the Noto Peninsula. Gohyakumangoku rice and the Noto toji tradition produce a sake whose extended aging echoes the time-worn stones of that sacred mountain site.
