Senju Daiginjogohyakumangoku is a daiginjo from Senju Brewery in Shizuoka, using Gohyakumangoku polished to 50%. The combination of Shizuoka's exceptionally soft water, known as ideal for producing fragrant ginjo styles, and Gohyakumangoku rice delivers a light, elegant daiginjo.
