Tokubetsuhonjozo Senjushirabyoshi is a tokubetsu honjozo from Senju Brewery in Shizuoka, polished to 60%. The elevated polishing ratio compared to standard honjozo gives this Shirabyoshi expression greater refinement and cleaner ginjo-adjacent character.
